Helen Isom MCICM is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in credit management and finance operations. Currently serving as Group Manager of Finance Operations at Innova Solutions International since June 2018, Helen leads initiatives to enhance business operations globally. Previously, Helen held roles within the same company, including Senior Credit Controller and Credit and Contracts Manager from August 2002 to January 2004, where responsibilities included managing collections and contract teams. Additionally, Helen has been with Volt since August 2014 as Group Manager for Credit, Contracts, and Pay&Bill. Helen's educational background includes a degree in Business Law, Credit Management, and Accountancy from the Institute of Credit Management, attained between 2005 and 2007.
