Hady Nassar is a management professional with over 20 years of experience in the telecom services industry, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Customer Operations at Vodafone. Previously, Hady held various leadership positions at Vodafone, including Head of Consumer Customer Care and Call Center Manager. Hady also worked as a Customer Care Outsourcing Senior Manager at Vodafone Egypt. Hady earned a Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from ESLSCA Business School from 2007 to 2009.
