Hitesh Dhare is currently the GM of Mobility at SNOC, Vodafone Idea Limited in Pune, where they handle change management and oversee RAN, CORE, STP, and VoLTE CHM activities for the PAN India Network, leading a team of over 200 members. Previously, they served as Sr. Manager - OMCR Incharge at Idea Cellular, leading a team of 25 and managing 3G O&M. Hitesh also held the position of DGM Network Services at Idea Cellular Ltd, where they were responsible for RAN Core rollout and managed a team of 28+. Hitesh earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering with First Class Distinction from Dharmsinh Desai University, as well as an MBA in Finance from ICFAI India, also with First Class honors.
