Sheila Osman is an IT Service Manager and T24 Core Banking Developer with over 15 years of experience in the banking sector. Having served as the Head of Production Assurance & Customer Care at Standard Bank Moçambique and Team Leader for Banking Application Development, Sheila has a strong background in software development and IT service management. Currently, Sheila is the Executive Head of Department IT Operations at Vodacom Moçambique. Sheila holds a Licenciatura in Engenharia Informatica from ISCTEM, obtained in 2011.
