Immad Shahid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client management and customer experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Client Partner at VML MAP since January 2024, Immad Shahid specializes in guiding multiple accounts through their transition to Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) models, focusing on marketing automation and customer engagement. Prior to this role, Immad Shahid held the position of Client Service Director at Wunderman Thompson MAP, where responsibilities included managing accounts and designing omni-channel customer dialogues. Immad Shahid's earlier experience includes senior project management at Wunderman, and project management at EMERGE, along with a background in web development at CBS Learning Lab. Immad Shahid holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Computer Science from Copenhagen Business School.
