Currently serving as the Director of Creative at VIZIO, they previously held the position of VP of Marketing and Creative Services at ViacomCBS/Paramount, where they played a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction for CBS All Access. Weiss has successfully led ambitious marketing campaigns for major entertainment and tech brands, overseeing large teams and managing substantial budgets while consistently delivering award-winning results. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Television, Radio, and Film at California State University, Northridge.
