Gerda Van Dijk is a Professor of Leadership and Society at the University for Humanistic Studies and a self-employed management consultant. Their extensive academic background includes previous appointments as Professor of Organizational Ecology at Tilburg University and Director of the Zijlstra Center at VU Amsterdam. Gerda specialized in Organizational Strategy, Development, and Leadership Development, with a focus on creating humane organizations. They hold a Ph.D. in Biology from Wageningen University and have experience in ecological research and organizational consultancy. Currently, Gerda is actively involved in various roles including Commissioner at Vitens and Wocozon, and serves on the board of Stichting De Baak.
