Giannina Ghezzi Nguyen is currently the Wellness Strategy Manager at Vitality Group Inc., a position held since 2021. Previously, they worked as a Wellness Consultant at Humana from 2016 to 2021, where they focused on engaging members in wellness programs and developing tailored wellness cultures for employer groups. Before that, Giannina served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP from 2009 to 2016, where they coordinated new hire orientations and promoted wellness initiatives. Giannina holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Florida.
