Sue Tinnish, PhD, is an accomplished executive coach and Vistage Chair who empowers leaders through collaborative peer advisory groups. With a diverse background in training and development, consulting, and higher education, they have spearheaded numerous projects that enhance organizational change and strategic growth. Prior roles include serving as Principal at SEAL Inc., Dean at Kendall College, and Vice President at Citigroup. Sue holds a PhD in Organization Development from Benedictine University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Currently, they lead VIF LLC, focusing on coaching clients to uncover their leadership potential and navigate career transitions.
