Chad Carlson is a Vistage Chair and Executive Coach who currently helps CEOs and business leaders enhance their decision-making and leadership skills. With a background in wealth management, Chad led the growth of a small RIA before becoming Regional Managing Partner at Corient, where they continue to support executives in their professional journeys. Educated at Valparaiso University and the College for Financial Planning, Chad has been a member of Vistage for nearly a decade and actively contributes to the St. Charles community through volunteering. Their experience has also included public speaking and media contributions, with accolades such as being named a Business Ledger C-Suite of the Year winner.
