Jenna Rosenberg is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in recruitment, organizational development, and strategic planning. At Guthrie Clinic, Jenna managed the full cycle physician recruitment process, collaborating with leadership to meet organizational goals and enhance recruitment strategies. Prior experience includes roles at Marist College as a Human Resources Generalist and Staff Development Specialist, where Jenna independently performed various HR functions and led training initiatives. Currently, Jenna serves as the VP/Chief Governance & Strategy Officer at Visions Federal Credit Union, overseeing HR, corporate governance, and strategic planning functions, after progressing through positions including Assistant Vice President and HR Director. Jenna holds an MBA from Marist College and a BS in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University.
