Michelle Houston is a seasoned executive in the optical retail industry with extensive experience in leadership and operational strategy. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager of Eyeconic at VSP Vision since December 2019, Michelle previously held the position of Vice President of Retail Operations at National Vision Inc., where a growth strategy for specialty retail was led from June 2016 to December 2019. Earlier roles include Director of New Store Operations at Visionworks of America, where Michelle directed new store growth and rebranding initiatives, successfully rebranding over 265 stores, and Sr. Director of Operations Services at Luxottica Retail, responsible for the strategic development of initiatives across brands including Sears Optical, Target Optical, and LensCrafters for a chain of over 1,000 stores from 1993 to September 2011.
