Viktor Shpak has worked in the technology industry since 2008. Viktor began as the Founder of Axonian, where they were responsible for building a team and launching startups, as well as product design and implementation. In 2015, they became the Co-Founder and CTO of EveryWallet. In 2018, they were the CTO of VisibleMagic. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder of Rare.Market.

Viktor Shpak obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'\u200b between 1999 and 2004. In 2012, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance, and in 2002 they obtained a Sun Certified Java Programmer 1.4 certification from SUN Microsystems.
