Michele Murphy is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel for Global Product, IP & Services at Visa, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, Michele served in various legal positions at Visa, including Senior Counsel for Global Product & Operations and Vice President and Associate General Counsel. They began their legal career as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett from 2007 to 2013. Michele earned their Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Harvard Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida.
