James Hoffmeister is a seasoned finance professional who currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Visa Europe. Previously, Hoffmeister held key roles at Visa as Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer from 2008 to 2022. They gained valuable experience as a Director in the Global Capital Markets Group at PwC and as a Professional Accounting Fellow at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Hoffmeister earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Penn State University in 1994.
