Sebastian Löwe currently serves as the Director of User Experience Design at Virtual Identity since April 2024. Prior to this role, Löwe was a Professor and Program Director for Design Management at Mediadesign University of Applied Sciences from April 2018 to June 2023. Löwe's academic career also includes a position as a Research Associate (Post-Doc) at HMKW Hochschule für Medien, Kommunikation und Wirtschaft from May 2017 to September 2018. Earlier experience includes working as the Lead Content Manager at SEEN.BY GMBH, a Brand Strategist for Koloczek Porcelain, Managing Editor at FTK - Forschungsinstitut für Telekommunikation und Kooperation e.V., and a Junior Copywriter at unit III consulting GmbH. Löwe holds a Doctorate in Germanistik from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg and has degrees in Media Arts and Media Science/History from Burg Giebichenstein Hochschule für Kunst und Design Halle and Ruhr University Bochum, respectively, along with international study experience at Tokyo GeiDai.
