Beatus Buchzik is the co-founder and managing director of kaer, where they focus on health management, occupational medicine, and digital health. They have a diverse background as a medical doctor and entrepreneur, with experience in various medical roles including orthopedic surgery and emergency medicine. Beatus has served on a medical and scientific advisory board for Virtonomy.io and has contributed to digital health initiatives both in Europe and South Africa. Currently, they are a guest lecturer at Technische Hochschule Deggendorf, sharing insights on health management and the digitization of healthcare.
