Rhiana Coster serves as the Employee Communications and Engagement Manager and Internal Communications Business Partner at Virgin since July 2023, focusing on internal communications within the External Relations and Communications department. Previously, from September 2021 to July 2023, Rhiana was the Manager of Brand and Communications at AlphaSights, leading initiatives across ten global offices while supporting the EMEA region. Rhiana began at AlphaSights as a Senior Associate in Brand and Communications. Prior to that, Rhiana worked at Hogarth Worldwide as a Brand Content Manager, overseeing content for a pharmaceutical account. Rhiana's earlier experience at Virgin includes roles in content and communications management and email marketing. Rhiana's career commenced at ProTech Recruitment Ltd as a Marketing Associate specializing in technical recruitment. Rhiana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from the University of Liverpool and completed studies at both the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Roundwood Park School.
