SCA Group, a leading global hygiene products company from Europe, is the majority shareholder of Vinda.  Since 1st April 2016, SCA Group is present in most of the Asian hygiene market exclusively through Vinda.

Well loved products by Vinda are distributed in 25 countries across Asia, with leading brand positions or a strong presence in numerous markets, including Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mainland China and South Korea.

Two state-of-the-art Vinda Innovation Centers bring insight-driven product innovations to consumers in the region. These innovation centers are fully supported by the global resources of SCA Group, and are located at China and Malaysia.

Internationally recognized management systems such as ISO14001 (Environment), ISO9001 (Quality), ISO22000 (Food Safety) or OHSAS18001 (Health & Safety) are rigorously implemented at all 14 Vinda manufacturing facilities located at Australia, China and Malaysia.
