Sarah Hanley is the VP of Strategy, People, and Operations and Chief of Staff at Vimly Benefit Solutions, where they drive company-wide execution and planning. With 15 years of progressive leadership experience, Sarah has held various roles including Program Manager at The Spur Group and Regional Director at General Assembly, where they managed operations and educational programs. Sarah also contributed to the field of education as a Program Coordinator and ESL Teacher at Payap University, co-founding a residential learning community. Their education includes a BA in Human Studies from St. Mary's College of Maryland and a TESOL Certificate from Payap University. Sarah is currently a member of the Chief of Staff Network, focusing on peer learning and community building.
