Bernard Titz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law and operations management. They currently serve as the President of SATM and the CEO of Béton Vicat, roles they have held since 1999 and 2007, respectively. Previously, they worked as a lawyer at FIDAL from 1977 to 1982 and held various positions at VICAT, including Legal Director and Deputy General Director. Bernard's academic credentials include several law degrees and certificates from institutions such as the Institut d'études judiciaires de Montpellier and the Faculté de droit de Lille. Bernard is now retired from VICAT but remains active in their other roles.
