Jeff Richards is the Managing Partner at Notable Capital, a venture capital firm that invests in early-to-growth stage companies primarily in the software sector. With extensive experience as an entrepreneur, Jeff founded two venture-backed startups, including R4, which was acquired by VeriSign in 2005.
