Tracey Basler has extensive experience in compliance and legal roles within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. At EMD Serono, Inc., Tracey initially served as Contract Manager, followed by positions as Compliance Program Manager and Associate Director of Compliance, focusing on contract management and regulatory compliance. Tracey transitioned to Incyte, eventually holding the roles of Senior Director in Compliance and Executive Director of Global Compliance & Acting Global Privacy Officer, managing practices related to healthcare professional (HCP) compliance and global privacy programs, including GDPR implementation. Currently, Tracey is the Head of Global Privacy at Viatris, responsible for the ongoing enhancement of the company's global privacy program. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from New England School of Law and an MSPharm in Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy from the University of Florida.
