Kirsten Key, CSPO®, serves as the Director of E-Commerce & UX at VEX Robotics, a role in which they focus on enhancing customer experience and driving e-commerce growth. With over a decade of experience in e-commerce, sales, and marketing, Kirsten has previously held leadership positions at RackSolutions and HEXBUG, where they successfully increased website sales and implemented innovative digital strategies. They also contributed as an adjunct professor at the University of North Texas, teaching e-commerce platforms and web design. Kirsten holds a Master's degree in Merchandising and Digital Retailing from the University of North Texas.
