Diego Roca is the Vice President and Head of Supply Chain, Transport, and Manufacturing for Vestas in the Mediterranean, Africa, and Middle East regions. With a focus on value creation and execution, Diego has extensive experience in people management across various departments, including Production, Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing. They have a strong background in lean manufacturing and organization, as well as the successful transfer of production processes and methods across countries. Diego previously held leadership roles at Vestas Nacelles Spain and General Dynamics Land Systems and is currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering at Escuela Superior Ingenieros Industriales Vigo.
