Richard Rees is the VP of Strategy & Transformation EMEA at Vertiv, a role they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as VP at Platinum Equity from 2020 to 2021, and as VP of Transformation for private equity portfolio companies from 2017 to 2021. Richard began their legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Linklaters and later worked as a Solicitor at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP between 2010 and 2012. They also gained experience as a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company from 2014 to 2017. Richard earned an MBA from INSEAD in 2013.
