Urvashi Singh currently serves as Senior Manager - Customer Success at Verticurl, a WPP Company, since April 2020, following a previous role as Customer Success Manager at RateGain from April 2016 to March 2020, where Urvashi was responsible for managing key enterprise accounts in the travel and hospitality industry across Europe and the UK. Earlier experience includes a brief tenure as Associate Manager - Customer Success at NDTV, where Urvashi conducted research on the advertising potential of government bodies. Urvashi holds an M.B.A. in Marketing with a minor in International Business from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and has also completed a summer program in International Business at HSB Hochschule Bremen. The educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Application from Panjab University.
