Adam Clarke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service introduction and transition management within the IT sector. Currently serving as the Head of Service Introduction and Transition at Version 1 since October 2023, Adam has established an ITIL-aligned practice and developed structured processes and documentation. Prior to this role, Adam held various positions at Virgin Media O2, including Senior Service Transition Manager and Service Transition Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple projects and leading a team through transitions. With a background as Business Readiness Manager at FDM Group, Adam successfully coordinated office consolidations while maintaining service quality. Adam began a career in leadership and sales at Taipan Marketing and gained early experience as a Camp Counsellor and Jetski Instructor at NJY Camps. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economic Geography from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
