Gregory L. Segall is a seasoned investor, advisor, and operator with over 30 years of experience in buyouts, restructurings, and corporate finance. As the Chairman and CEO of Versa Capital since 2002, they have raised and invested over $1.3 billion, guiding numerous companies through special situations and distressed investing. Currently, they serve on several boards, including as Treasurer of the Philadelphia Gas Works and Co-Chair of the Mayor's Business Roundtables. Greg graduated with an MBA from Pepperdine University and has held various civic roles, contributing to public service and non-profit organizations.
