Mel Charles has extensive experience in business intelligence, supply chain management, and retail operations. As the Associate Director of Business Intelligence and Supply Chain at Verizon from February to March 2025, Mel oversaw business and financial operations for a vast National Retail organization. Previous roles include Senior Supply Chain Manager and Sr Analyst for Forecasting and Supply Chain at W.S. Badcock Corporation, where responsibilities included strategic growth for retail outlets. Additionally, Mel served as Business Manager at Carolina Door Man, focusing on sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction. Experience also includes a Lead Forecasting Analyst position at Direct Market Access and a Data Analyst role at ConcertAI. Mel obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Capella University and studied Information Technology at Southeastern Community College.
