Lauren Williams has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Marist College, completed in 2018. They gained valuable experience as a Corporate Affairs and Communications Intern at American Express in 2017, assisting with public relations tasks. From 2016, they worked as an Ad Sales Marketing Intern at Crown Media Family Networks. Currently, Lauren serves as the Senior Manager of Employee Engagement at Verizon, having held the position since 2025, and previously worked as Vice President of Internal Communications at BlackRock from 2023 to 2025.
