Jon Hilkert is a visionary technology leader with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Value Segment IT at Verizon, Jon has previously held significant roles, including Associate Director of 5G Demand Management, where they were responsible for executing IT roadmaps for mobile initiatives and enabling 5G solutions. Jon's prior experience includes working as a Business Consultant and Architect Lead IT at Alltel, leading teams to develop telecommunication systems, and training call center staff at Monitor Coach. Jon earned a degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Technical Writing, Creative Writing, and Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at The University of Arkansas.
