Daniel Layten is an Associate Director of Data Science at Verizon, where they lead a team of data scientists in enhancing My Verizon apps and ensuring the accuracy of data-driven reports. With a diverse background in database design, reporting, and technical analysis, they have contributed to major initiatives, including call routing enhancements to improve customer experience. Previously, Daniel held various roles within Verizon, including Principal Engineer Data Science and Senior Analyst - SQL Server DBA, where they focused on ETL procedures and data analysis. They began their career at CallTech, providing technical support for Verizon Online DSL customers. Daniel is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems at DeVry University.
