Carol Nordin is a Product Management Leader at Verizon, currently managing the Bring Your Own Device business with a focus on portfolio growth and customer engagement. Previously, they held roles such as Associate Director of Product Development and Product Management at Verizon Wireless, where they launched the Voice of the Customer programs. Additionally, Carol served as Digital Strategy Senior Manager at Publicis LifeBrands Medicus and Associate Director of Communications & Web Strategy at the New York Hall of Science. They are pursuing a Master's Degree in Corporate Communications at the City University of New York while holding a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University.
