Phuong Pham is a Product Manager at Verisk since July 2020, focusing on product innovation for the LightSpeed® Small Commercial data and analytics solution, including creating a proprietary database of over 30 million small businesses. Phuong drives strategic product planning and execution across the product lifecycle by addressing customer needs, managing the product roadmap, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Prior roles at Verisk include Sr. Product Specialist, Product Specialist, and Sr. Product Analyst, alongside experience as a Product Intern at Verisk and a Data Analyst Intern at AhaMove. Phuong holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Quantitative Economics from Dickinson College and has studied at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
