Carol Kneis is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and HR leadership roles. They served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Hall Kinion & Associates from 1997 to 2002 and progressed through various HR positions at Frito Lay, including Region Staffing Leader and HR Manager for Manufacturing Operations & Supply Chain. Carol was also a Senior Manager of Human Resources at PepsiCo, providing leadership to over 800 employees across California and Nevada from 2012 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Verisk, where they continue to influence HR practices and strategies. Carol earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from San Francisco State University in 1996.
