Tracie Martin

Tracie Martin has extensive experience in customer support and technical engineering within the telecommunications and software industries. Since 2007, Tracie has served as Team Lead CIC Americas at Verint Systems, previously holding roles such as Sr. Support Engineer and Team Lead at Verint/Witness Systems beginning in 2006. Prior to joining Verint, Tracie was a Sr. Product Support Engineer at Witness Systems from 2004 to 2007. Early career experience includes a Senior Telecom Engineer position at E*Trade from 1999 to 2004, Product Support at XO Communications for a year, and IVR Programming at Concentric Network from 1996 to 1999. Tracie earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Saginaw Valley State University, with studies spanning from 1988 to 2002.
