Randall Headrick is a Professor of Physics at the University of Vermont, where they have taught and conducted research since 2001. With a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Pennsylvania, Randall has over 30 years of experience in materials science and engineering, focusing on innovative thin film coating technologies for renewable energy solutions. As the co-founder and head scientific advisor of Verde Technologies Incorporated, they lead a team in commercializing patented thin film solar modules. Randall has published over 100 peer-reviewed articles and has received numerous grants and awards for their research, while also mentoring and collaborating with a diverse array of students and colleagues.
