Kiana Ehsani is the founder and CEO of Vercept, currently in stealth mode. They previously led the embodied AI and robotics team at the Allen Institute for AI (AI2), conducting research in AI and robotics. They earned a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Washington, focusing on visual reasoning and embodied intelligence. They also hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington (2015–2017) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Sharif University of Technology (2011–2015).
