Currently serving as the Design Lead for Creative Campaigns and Communications at Veeam Software, Valentina oversees projects that enhance user experience and ensure alignment with the company's brand identity. Valentina's background includes a strong foundation in industrial and product design, engineering, and human resources management, which supports effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Previously, Valentina held roles at Russian Railways as a Technical Project Manager and as a Design Consultant at Kelly Services. Valentina is pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering at Saint Petersburg State University of Cinema and Television and studies Human Resources Management at the Innovation Educational Center - Northern Capital.
