Jon Klein is an executive engineering leader with over 15 years of experience in building and optimizing customer-focused teams for highly-available distributed systems. Currently, Jon serves as the Director of Site Reliability Engineering at Veeam Software and is the Co-Founder & CTO of Stratto Labs, a technology consulting agency. Previously, Jon led the Platform Engineering team at Procore Technologies, where significant improvements in cloud operations and cost reductions were achieved. Jon's expertise spans AWS, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps, enhancing performance and reliability across various environments. Jon holds a degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
