Sébastien Rod is the Responsable du marché Suisse romande et Tessin and Vice-directeur at Vaudoise Assurances, leading a team of over 450 employees across 14 agencies. With more than 35 years of experience in banking and insurance, they have developed expertise in change management and strategic leadership. Sébastien is also actively involved in regional politics as the President of the section Lutry for PLR.Les Libéraux-Radicaux and has served in various administrative roles, including President of the Borough Council in Lutry. In addition to their professional pursuits, they completed a Senior Management Program in Banking at the Swiss Finance Institute and have a diploma in banking economics.
