Adeliina Jämsä is currently a Change & Portfolio Manager at Vattenfall, where they also served as a People & Culture Advisor. In this role, Adeliina managed various aspects of employees' life cycles and contributed to global HR initiatives, representing multiple countries in significant projects. Previously, Adeliina gained experience in different HR functions as an HR-Trainee at Barona and has worked in customer service roles at H&M and HOK-Elanto. Adeliina holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Organization and is pursuing a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on People Management and Organizational Development at Aalto University.
