Richard Spears has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Volant Products Inc. and as a member of the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, including Latshaw Drilling and ignis H2 Energy Inc. Richard holds the title of Chairman of the Board at Pruitt and has been Vice President of Spears & Associates, an oilfield market research firm, since 1985. Richard has also held various leadership roles in educational and energy-related boards. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
