Michael Broderick is the Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Healthcare at Varagon Capital Partners, a position held since 2018. Previously, they worked at Capital One as a Managing Director in 2018, and from 2012 to 2018, they served as Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Leveraged Finance at CapitalSource. Early in their career, they held various roles at GE Capital, including as Vice President of Healthcare Leveraged Finance and Analyst in the Financial Management Program. Michael earned an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, focusing on Healthcare Industry Management, Management & Strategy, and Finance, after completing a B.A. in Economics and History at the College of the Holy Cross.
