Trey Dean currently serves as Vice President of Environmental Health and Safety, Global at Vantage Data Centers, where responsibilities include scaling global health, safety, and risk management programs in collaboration with various experts. Previously, Trey was the Principal Owner of LowRisq from 2005 to September 2020, advising numerous clients on risk management and safety culture. As Health and Safety Director at the University of Virginia from February 2018 to February 2020, Trey implemented health and safety functions impacting 1200 employees and conducted training and audits. Additionally, Trey worked as a Risk Manager Consultant at Builders Mutual Insurance Company from 2015 to 2018, establishing a reputation as a subject matter expert in risk management systems. Trey holds a Master's degree in Occupational Safety Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Cartography from the University of Georgia.
