Adam Vaile is an experienced executive in the field of commercial management and operational integration, currently serving as the Executive Director for Commercial & Accounts EMEA & LATAM in Airports at Vanderlande since September 2013. Vaile has held various leadership roles within Vanderlande, including Global Market Director for Automated Parcel Solutions and Head of Airport & Parcel Solutions in the UK, focusing on strategic business development and sales capabilities at key airports such as Heathrow. Prior to Vanderlande, Vaile worked at Heathrow as the Baggage Business Manager for Terminal 5, managing the end-to-end baggage product, and spent over a decade at Royal Mail in positions such as Process Design Manager and Senior Engineering Test Manager, where responsibilities included optimizing automation processes and leading complex engineering projects. Vaile holds education credentials from West Herts College and Longdean Secondary School.
