Anso Harding is currently the Manager of IM Governance and Compliance at Valterra Platinum, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as the IM Programme Manager at Anglo American from 2011 to 2026. Anso earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pretoria from 1989 to 1992 and later obtained an MCom in Business Administration and Management from RAU between 1997 and 1999.
