Jess Franklin is a Creative Director at Valtech based in Chicago, bringing over 15 years of experience in guiding cross-functional teams across web, mobile, and e-commerce. Previously, Jess held various design roles at Isobar, including Senior Visual Designer and Senior Art Director, where they led projects for notable clients such as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Cadillac. Jess’s expertise in creating human-centered digital experiences has resulted in increased user engagement and strengthened client relationships. Jess earned a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the Columbus College of Art & Design in 2010.
