Randy Hollis is a seasoned engineering and operations executive with extensive experience in building high-performance teams globally. Currently serving as EVP of Engineering and Operations at Valid8 Financial, Randy oversees software development and ensures exceptional customer support. Previously, Randy held the position of Director of Sustaining Engineering at NetApp, where significant improvements in engineering processes and customer satisfaction were achieved. Additionally, Randy played a pivotal role as Vice President at LeftHand Networks, leading operations and engineering initiatives that contributed to a successful $360M acquisition by HP. Education includes ongoing coursework toward a Bachelor of Engineering.
